Wowed by the selection July 10, 2020 Reviewer: Kimberly Spear from Reston, VA United States   Purchased as a gift for friends who love bagels and now they love bialys too.   The box arrived and filled their kitchen with fresh bagel smell. Steve Shapiro March 16, 2018 Reviewer: Steve Shapiro from Kenner, LA (right outside of New Orleans)   Bagels and Buns has excellent bagels!  I live in New Orleans, Louisiana, but I am originally from New York.  You cannot find a good bagel in New Orleans.  Now and then, I get the "craving" for some real bagels.  Friends have graciously shipped bagels to me from time to time.  Some have even brought me bagels when travelling to New Orleans for business or pleasure.  These bagels are outstanding! On another note, ordering these bagels online was very easy and the customer service at Bagels and Buns is outstanding.  I ordered the bagels a few weeks ago.  Suddenly, a bad Nor 'Easter hit NY and the east coast.  I received word from Bagels and Buns that there were airport closures and delays in NY, and was given the option of delaying the order until the weather cleared.  Given the nature of bagels, and how that tend to go stale rather quickly, this option was given to me.  I accepted and thanked them.  Now that's excellent customer service. Great gift for vet office December 24, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Yamouthport, MA United States   I sent this gift to my vet after her favorite bagel place shut down. Her words were, “ best gift ever!” She shared with the staff and everyone had a favorite to choose from. November 20, 2016 Reviewer: Christine Dougherty from Bayport , NY United States   My son is away at college and snap chatted me "best mom ever" when he got a box full of the freshest NY bagels around. The customer service tracked the shipment every step of the way. He knew when it arrived at this doorstep. NY Bagels and Buns really let Texas know what great bagels taste like! Great as expected. The Absolute Best! April 10, 2016 Reviewer: Hal B. Davis from Plainview, NY United States   This kid from Brooklyn and Queens knows what a good bagel is. These bagels are not good. THEY ARE GREAT!
