Great product/less than great communication September 16, 2021 Reviewer: Joni Aveni from Milford, CT United States   I placed my order for a get-well basket on a Thursday, and according to the website, it would not be shipped till the following week, and I would receive an email confirming shipment. Much to my surprise, the recipient received the gift on Saturday! Luckily, her neighbor noticed it in the package room of her condo complex and delivered it to her. I did not receive email notification of shipment until Sunday! That was 24 hours AFTER delivery! Could have been a disaster without refrigeration. Was this review helpful to you?

Happy Family - REAL New York Bagels!!! February 8, 2021 Reviewer: Mary Ann Ackerman from Boca Raton, FL United States   My son became a Bar Mitzvah this past weekend and I sent bagel baskets to my family members who were watching it live streamed because they couldn't be at the service because of Covid. 5+ days still not delivered January 4, 2021 Reviewer: Jonathan Blazon from Brooklyn, NY United States   My order shipped on 12/30 and as of this morning it still has not been delivered. Bagels delivered to South Dakota April 22, 2020 Reviewer: Jennifer Dimmler from Smithtown, NY United States   I recently purchased the classic package to send to my  baby brother who was celebrating his 40th birthday.  He was born and raised here on Long Island and now lives in South Dakota. I thought I would send him a taste of home. The bagels arrived beautifully wrapped and he said he could smell them right away! He was very happy and so am I.  Thank you!!
