We have used NY Bagels and Buns in the past and were more than pleased. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for this time. I ordered the basket for my daughter and her roommates to be delivered last Friday. It was not delivered until today. The cream cheese and butter was spoiled and the baked goods were stale. I contacted the bakery several times about the missed delivery and each time I was told to contact Fedex. I have filed a claim with them but have never received anything back except this survey/review from NY Bagels and Buns.

Product was fine...delicious. Delivery was poor...1 day delivery was 2 day delivery! Ruined the surprise for the weekend.  Not happy.
