Shipping Charges (per recipient)
Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of your order and the zip code and state we are shipping to.
Shipping Methods and Deadlines
Ship Monday-Thursday only. All orders placed Monday-Wednesday by 11:59pm EST can be processed the following business day and delivered the day after it has shipped.(excluding holidays)
*Example: If your order is placed on Monday it will ship on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
*If your order is placed anytime from Thursday-Sunday it will not ship until Monday as Fedex is closed on the weekend.
**If you are selecting Priority Overnight with the Saturday delivery option your order must be received no later than 11:59pm on Thursday in order to be processed and scheduled with Fedex in time for the Saturday delivery.
2nd Day Shipping

Ship Monday-Wednesday only. All orders placed by Tuesday 11:59 pm EST shipping 2nd day will ship the following business day and will be delivered 2 days after the day it has shipped.(excluding holidays)
Upon delivery, placing the unused items in the refrigerator is strongly recommended
OPTIONAL Saturday Delivery /not available in all areas
Fedex will deliver packages on a Saturday for an additional fee of $15 but you must select Priority Overnight as your shipping option. You can then select the Saturday delivery option for most products on our web site. Your order would ship on Friday for delivery on Saturday by approximately 12 noon.
**If you are selecting Priority Overnight with the Saturday delivery option your order must be received no later than 11:59pm on Thursday in order to be processed and scheduled with Fedex in time for the Saturday delivery
Shipping Information and Claims
We ship all orders via Fedex from our bagel bakery in Farmingdale, NY. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO's, or FPO's as Fedex requires an actual street address for all deliveries. We will be happy to assist in filing a claim on your behalf should Fedex fail to deliver as promised. Your claim will be filed with Fedex, NOT NYBagelsandBuns.com. We will notify you regarding the status of your claim as soon as Fedex has completed its investigation. NYBagelsandBuns.com is not responsible for Fedex delivery delays, lost shipments, packages left outside, or delivery failures. If you prefer to require a signature upon delivery please call us directly before placing your order.
You will be sent an email stating that your order has shipped and it will include tracking information so that you can determine delivery date. You must notify your gift recipients of the anticipated delivery so they can care for the package immediately upon delivery. If your package is left outside you will not be able to file a claim should your gift spoil or get stolen.
Holidays will effect all of the above delivery times!
