This applies to my entire order. Two months ago when I placed my first order, I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of the entire process. When my bagels arrived, they almost seemed right out of the oven. Unfortunately the second time around, not so much. I placed my order on Thursday at 8 pm and didn’t receive my package until the following Tuesday. We’ve tried many other online bagel stores which don’t quite match the quality of your product and will probably order again in the future. We’re hoping this was a one-off with the order delay.
