Excellent December 26, 2017 Reviewer: Rachael Bush from Kalamazoo, MI United States   We’ve recently moved from NJ to MI and miss the quality bagels that we used to get. Getting bagels in NY was always such a treat and having them delivered here was amazing. Great Bagels October 8, 2017 Reviewer: Michael Depko from Page, NE United States   All of the bagels we tried with this order were fantastic.  Many people had never had a "real" NY city bagel and were surprised by the size as well as the taste.  The bagels arrived fresh all the way out here in Nebraska.  We will definitely be ordering from you again. cinnamon raisin bagels. December 26, 2015 Reviewer: charles huffman from new market, VA United States   excellant,my only prob.was i ordered them on 2/5/2015.paid for 2 day shipping and i didn't receive them till 2/11/2015.not a good way to run a business.very disapointing.taste excellant.shipping is the worst. Thanks for letting us know your thoughts so we can clarify! You placed your order on Thursday after and selected 2nd day shipping. As stated on our website 2nd day orders cannot ship on Thursday or Friday based on the FedEx shipping schedule we must follow. Therefore the next business day of Monday 2/9/15 was the first day that your order could ship (2nd day requires 2 consecutive business days for transit) and it was delivered on 2/11/15. While we bake 7 days a week, FedEx does not operate on the same schedule. All of their schedules are listed on your checkout page prior to completing payment. Hope this clears things up for you.
